Accessibility statement
Our commitment
Kvutsat OpenDoor Yazamut VeHithadshut Ltd. (company no. 515856334), trading as OpenDoor Group, treats accessibility as both a legal duty and a professional standard, so that everyone, including people with disabilities, can use its services equally, with dignity and independently. This statement is given under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Conformance status
Regulation 35 applies Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA to internet services. As at the audit date the site meets those requirements. The audit was carried out on 14 September 2026: automated testing with axe-core across every page, at desktop and mobile widths, alongside manual testing of full keyboard navigation, focus order and visibility, heading structure, landmarks and text alternatives. No defects were found. On 12 October 2026 the site was checked again, including against the requirements WCAG 2.2 added at level AA: automated testing with axe-core across every page of the site and the personal area's sign-in screens, at desktop and mobile widths, and a check of the accessibility menu and the cookie notice. The defects found were fixed: focus that could be hidden under the sticky header, and, in the personal area, a code entry that did not accept pasting.
Features
The site supports full keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link on every page, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives, accessible names for form fields and consent controls, errors tied to the field they concern, declared page language and direction, responsive layouts without horizontal scrolling, and the reduced-motion preference. Every page also has an accessibility menu to enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links, choose a readable font, widen line spacing and stop animations; the settings stay in your browser, and the menu is available in the personal area too.
Known limits
Third-party content, downloadable documents and new content added through the content management system may need further remediation and are not necessarily covered by the audit above. Any document that is not accessible will be supplied in an accessible format on request.
